You must provide the owner’s identity document, the cat’s original health certificate (or passport) and a detailed information sheet on the animal’s habits and needs.
Which vaccinations and tests are required?
The cat must have a valid annual vaccination (trivalent/hexavalent) and documented FIV and FELV test results. Vaccinations must have been administered at least 15 days prior to admission. The terms and conditions for extended stays are set out in the regulations.
Can I come and visit you or bring the cat round at any time?
No, feline guests can only be dropped off and collected by appointment, from Monday to Saturday, between 10.30 am and 5.30 pm.
What happens if I need to collect my cat earlier or later than planned?
In the event of early departure, the full amount for the booked period must be paid. In the event of a delay beyond the scheduled date, the extra days will be charged, along with a penalty of €25.00 per day.
What happens if my cat has a medical emergency?
We provide 24-hour veterinary care. Should the need arise and your vet is unavailable, we will contact our trusted vet (costs to be borne by the owner).
